Summary of the Role:

The Marketing and Business Development Representative serves as a key support to sales and marketing, helping to drive business growth through lead generation, data analysis, and strategic marketing support. This role encompasses managing sales and marketing collateral, producing multimedia content, conducting competitive research, and maintaining CRM systems. The ideal candidate will balance creative responsibilities with analytical tasks, while providing essential functional and administrative support to enhance sales operations, distributor relationships, trade show executions and day-to-day sales and marketing communications.


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain and update all sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, price lists, and marketing materials; organize and manage internal G-Drive to ensure current documents are accessible and outdated materials are properly archived.

· Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via email campaigns and social media engagement; enter and track leads in Salesforce CRM. 

· Develop and produce short-form video content demonstrating product features and applications. 

· Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities, including tracking customers with outdated equipment; collaborate with Technical Services to compile relevant information for sales team distribution. 

· Process and enter machine orders accurately in Salesforce and Business Central systems. 

· Coordinate with sales personnel and distributors to assist with strategic planning and communications. 

· Monitor and manage info@medpak.com and marketing@medpak.com email accounts, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing. 

· Support trade show logistics, marketing initiatives, and advertising campaigns through planning and coordination. 

· Research competitive landscape and analyze customer requirements; prepare market share reports and ROI analyses to inform business strategy. 

· Create physical packaging samples for client presentations and testing purposes.


Minimum Qualifications of the Role:

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Basic proficiency in using CRM & ERP systems or willingness to learn (e.g. Salesforce, Business Central). 

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and draw actionable insights.


Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, business development, and/or sales support.


Travel

Less than 20% travel anticipated.
