Are you someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active, and being part of a strong team? Plaisted Companies in Elk River is looking for a dependable and energetic Store Associate to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting both customers and store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and providing outstanding in-store and phone service
Entering product orders for pickup or delivery
Preparing and providing quotes for future projects
Assisting with store sales programs and reporting results to the Store Manager
Reconciling cash drawers and preparing bank deposits (as assigned)
Performing modified cycle counts and reporting low inventory
Preparing and reviewing shipping paperwork to ensure accuracy
Coordinating with the Store Manager, warehouse, and purchasing team to help maintain proper inventory levels
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store exterior, including sidewalks, parking areas, and displays.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every other Saturday
Overtime available after 40 hours

Pay

$20 - $22/hr. (depending on qualifications)
Non-exempt

Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License
Customer service skills
