Registered Nurses are responsible for the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care by executing the nursing process, which includes Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. They must also develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff, and communicate clinical condition changes to physicians and supervisors.

As a Registered Nurse / RN you will:
• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of
Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as
necessary.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing
Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participate in discharge planning process.

Minimum Education
Associate’s degree required

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)--must be BLS certified within 30 days from hire date.

Required Skills
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL
