Job Description
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and contribute to the continued expansion of our programs in Austin, TX. This role plays a key part in driving enrollment growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to enrollment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing client inquiries and enrollment processes
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and enrollments
Coordinate follow-ups with prospective students and partners
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily sales operations
Assist in identifying new opportunities to expand client engagement
