Job Description
We are seeking a polished and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our Baton Rouge team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening client partnerships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance
Understand client goals and align internal strategies to meet their expectations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client value
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor account performance and suggest strategic improvements
