Working closely with the FP&amp;A Manager and cross functional stakeholders, it ensures financial accuracy, transparency, and meaningful insight across the organisation. </p><p>The position plays a key role in helping leaders understand performance drivers and where to focus to improve results. </p><p><strong>Budgeting and Forecasting </strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts </p></li><li><p>Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities </p></li><li><p>Provide clear and practical insights to support informed business decisions </p></li></ul><p><strong>Month End Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist with the month end close process by coordinating with departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data </p></li><li><p>Support the FP&amp;A Manager to maintain accuracy and integrity throughout the close cycle </p></li><li><p>Prepare month end reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances against budget </p></li></ul><p><strong>Reporting and Business Partnering </strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist with weekly revenue reporting </p></li><li><p>Support the preparation of monthly business review presentations </p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development of Gross Margin dashboards </p></li><li><p>Partner with cross functional teams to provide structured analysis and communicate key performance drivers </p></li><li><p>Assist with the development of internal reporting to improve efficiency and visibility </p></li><li><p>Provide insight into profitability by product, region, or customer segment </p></li></ul><p><strong>Ad Hoc Analysis </strong></p><ul><li><p>Support strategic initiatives and operational improvements through detailed financial analysis as required </p></li></ul><h5>What You’ll Bring </h5><p><strong>The Essentials </strong></p><ul><li><p>4+ years’ experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or Finance Business Partner role </p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills </p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting </p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder communication skills </p></li><li><p>Experience working in a Managed Services Provider or similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment </p></li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p><ul><li><p>CPA qualification, </p></li><li><p>Australian accounting standards knowledge </p></li><li><p>Business Central experience </p></li></ul><div class="pointer-events-none h-px w-px absolute bottom-0"><p></p></div><p><strong>Even if you don’t tick every box, don’t let that hold you back.
