The Client Experience Coordinator collaborates with the sales team to oversee hospitality and all client experience topics within the AP House, including client communication and managing daily shipments of gifts and presents. This role is also responsible for defining the Food & Beverage offer, managing daily activation amenities, and elevating service quality to meet headquarters' standards while adhering to the budget.

Job Description
Working in colaboration with the sales team and under the authority of the AP House Director, the Client Experience Coordiantor oversees the Hospitaity for the house and all the topics linked to Client Experience.
In charge of the comunication with clients for the AP House.
Managing daily schedule shipments of gifts and bithday presents.
Level- up the quality of service in the AP House by reaching the Hospitality´s standard define by AP HQ
Defining an F&B offer for daily activity and event activation offer.
Taking care of daily activation of the AP House as flowers, fragance and other amenities.
Following the corresponding Budget
Qualifications
3 + years experience in hospitality reservations or a similar preferred.
Strong motivational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus.
Excellent Customer Care and teamwork skills
Ability to handle a complex, multifaceted role under preassure.
