Grounds Supervisor – Steele Hill Resorts
Sanbornton, New Hampshire (15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont)

Nestled in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire and overlooking Lake Winnisquam, Steele Hill Resorts is a premier resort destination featuring over 150 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities (available for employee use).


$1000.00 sign-on bonus for full time employment

What You’ll do

  • Maintain all resort grounds, including parking lots, walkways, outdoor common areas, and landscaped spaces
  • Perform snow plowing and shoveling during winter months, including mornings, nights, and overnight shifts as needed to ensure safe and accessible conditions during storms
  • Maintain and oversee company vehicles, including inspections and basic repairs
  • Maintain the on-site 9-hole executive golf course
  • Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, weed-whacking, planting, mulching, and watering
  • Ensure building accessibility and curb appeal by removing litter, debris, snow, and ice from walkways and parking areas, including employee parking areas
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company policies and procedures
  • Order materials and supplies as needed, including parts, fuel, salt, sand, and equipment
  • Stay current with job knowledge through training and educational opportunities

Requirements

What we’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
  • Snow removal and plowing experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate important information clearly
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
