RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
- Assist boaters with slip inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate, prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately and professionally
- Provide clear explanations of marina policies, lease terms, and account details
- Accept, process, and post customer payments
- Address customer questions regarding account balances, billing, and services
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to build positive relationships with marina customers
- Direct customer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department when needed
Accounting & Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and lease documentation
- Utilize the marina computer system for customer setup, data entry, scheduling boat launches and retrievals, and reporting
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial and customer information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- 9 AM to 5 PM with one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday required, 5-day work week.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
