Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee culinary operations for Nashville Riverboats aboard The Capitol. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, time-sensitive maritime environment serving dining cruises, weddings, and private events.

What You’ll Do
- Lead galley operations during high-volume cruise service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely execution
- Supervise and schedule culinary staff
- Manage ordering, inventory (FIFO), and cost control
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and maritime compliance
What You Bring
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience preferred
- Strong leadership in high-volume service environments
- Ability to manage multiple menus within tight timelines
- ServSafe certified (or able to obtain)
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Comfortable working aboard moving vessels with small kitchens
