You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:

  • Own the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors/rock beds, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control on the property
  • Recognize and report any unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns for repairs, and/or common area deficiencies
  • Assist in the preparation of market-ready units only on a needed/limited basis, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and/or minor touch up cleaning.
  • Effectively communicate with fellow team members and supervisor
  • Provide 5-star customer service and represent the community in a professional manner

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:

  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer Fulfillment (The part where our maintenance teams excel!)

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

  • Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95%
  • Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less
