This includes assessing guest needs, making recommendations, checking identification for legal drinking requirements, and restocking stations.

About the Role

Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Servers to provide an excellent guest dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service

- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks

- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations

- Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements

- Restock stations before/after service

- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

Skills Needed:

- Proven working experience as a Server (2 years Server experience required)

- Ability to keep track of guest orders

- Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

- This position will require a Maricopa Count Food Handler Card

- This position will require an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification
