NOW HIRING: YEAR-ROUND LAWN CARE & SNOW OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

FULL-TIME • STABLE HOURS • GUARANTEED WINTER PAY

STARTING PAY: $20-25 PER HOUR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE) 

PLUS GUARANTEED SIX HUNDRED PER WEEK DURING WINTER WITH MINIMUM WEEKLY HOURS MET

Fitzgerald Lawn Care is hiring a Year-Round Lawn Care & Snow Operations Technician to join our growing team. You’ll help us deliver high-quality lawn care services throughout the growing season — and support snow removal operations during the winter months. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on outdoor tasks, and wants consistent employment all year long.

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

• Guaranteed $600/week during the winter, whether it snows or not (Eligibility requires 5 hours of weekly shop/maintenance work plus responding to snow events when they occur.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lawn Care Season (Primary Role)

• Diagnose and treat turf, weed, and shrub issues
• Apply environmentally responsible lawn care treatments
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
• Keep accurate service records and follow safety procedures

Winter Season (Snow Operations & Weekly Hours)

• Perform snow removal using plows, blowers, shovels, and de-icing equipment
• Report for snow events as needed
• Complete 5 hours per week of shop work, equipment maintenance, or other assigned tasks to maintain eligibility for guaranteed weekly pay
