We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook/Baker to join our culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes and baked goods that delight our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards

- Bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and baking area

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures and baking times for optimal results


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a prep cook, baker, or similar role in a professional kitchen

- Knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
