About the Role

Description

As a CV Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately assessing vehicle needs, and efficiently managing the repair process. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial consultation to final vehicle delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide clear, concise explanations of recommended services.
  • Vehicle Assessment: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Estimate Preparation: Accurately estimate costs for repairs and services, including labor and parts.
  • Repair Order Creation: Prepare detailed repair orders, including descriptions of work to be performed and estimated completion times.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with technicians, parts departments, and management to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Follow-up: Contact customers to update them on the status of their vehicle and address any questions or concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and utilize dealership management systems.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive service or a related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in automotive repair terminology and diagnostic procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and crawl
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
