About the Role

Description

We’re looking for a compassionate, curious therapist with a can-do mindset to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll provide psychotherapy to adults experiencing first episode psychosis, helping clients and families build meaningful, fulfilling lives within a supportive, team-based model of care.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for FEP clients
  • Work primarily in an office setting with occasional community outreach
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
  • Support clients using the Coordinated Specialty Care model

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Passion for learning and teamwork
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
