About the Role

Description

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Psychiatric-Mental Health NP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management services to adults receiving behavioral health care. In this role, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery-oriented, high-quality patient care.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to guide treatment planning and care delivery
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding diagnoses and medications
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and medical staff collaboration
  • Complete timely documentation and manage medication refills and follow-up care

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • NH APRN license and DEA registration
  • 1–2 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
