Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcasing vehicles and highlighting features that match a customer's lifestyle and budget.
  • Answering questions, offering test drives, and negotiating sales prices.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the dealership's inventory and staying informed about market trends.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual and dealership sales targets.
  • Using the dealership's CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Participating in marketing initiatives, preparing vehicles for sale, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality Quotient (HQ): Must demonstrate a high HQ, which includes kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in sales or hospitality experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly is also a plus.
  • Mindset: Must be self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets. A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and Walking: You'll spend significant time on your feet, walking around the dealership, assisting customers, and demonstrating vehicles.
  • Sitting: There may be periods of sitting during customer meetings or while completing paperwork.
  • Reaching and Bending: You may need to reach into vehicles to demonstrate features or retrieve items.
  • Lifting: You might occasionally need to lift or move documents, brochures, or other materials.
