The Night Auditor will welcome guests from around the world, building relationships with both new and regular visitors while managing account queries and performing necessary audits and adjustments. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the Night Audit process, including the daily reconciliation of hotel transactions and compiling/distributing required daily reports.

With 144 comfortable rooms, stretched across 18 floors, featuring balconies and kitchenette facilities we are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Front Office Team.

Job Description
As the Night Auditor for the Front Office team you will:
- Welcome guests from all corners of the world to our hotel, whilst building relationships with new and regular guests.
- Manage account queries, perform register audits, close shifts, and process account adjustments.
- Execute and maintain the Night Audit process, including daily reconciliation of the hotel’s transactions.
- Compile and distribute daily reports as requested.
- Provide a smooth arrival and departure to our guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotels
- Previous experience in a hotel auditor role is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests.
- The right to work in New Zealand
