About the Role

vWork with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to support develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects.

vWork closely with Business Analyst to understand business requirements and translate into technical/product/solution design

vTo provide feedback, drivers and alignment to business requirements document for proper and comprehensive capture of the business capability need of the requirements with relevant detail to ensure valid baseline for architecture deliverables.

vWork with Project Manager to estimate cost and timeline, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support

vTo drive the proper Solution Architecture management of AXA ID and to ensure they are align to Business needs and capability, Enterprise Architecture, and executed under proper architecture principles and IT Security frameworks adopted by AXA ID.

vTo prepare proper solution architecture document with Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, and Security Architecture as part of the solution architecture artifacts and deliverables.

vLead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

vTo obtain agreement and approval with Regional Architecture teams for the solution architecture.

vStrategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy

vExperiencing in assessing a broad range of information solutions and technology products.

vExcellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to mixed audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders would be advantage

vSelf-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment

vResults oriented with ability to produce solutions that deliver organizational benefit

vTeam player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions

vStrong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills

vAbility to develop solution architecture designs, with common software design methodology (i.e. UML)

vExperience of developing or involved to Services Orientated Architectures (SOA) as well as API implementation
