What you'll do:
- Coordinate end-to-end planning including scheduling, logistics, catering, AV Services and guest management for a diverse range of events.
- Review and monitor event budgets, ensuring efficient spending and high-quality execution.
- Manage venue selection, negotiate with vendors and partners, coordinate catering, oversee AV setup, arrange travel, and address technical requirements.
- Oversee on-site event execution, handling logistics, resolving issues to ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, financial reconciliation, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements in future events.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales and leadership to align event objectives with company goals.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in event coordination, including managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong project coordination, organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multiple teams and departments, clients, vendors and partners
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges as they arise.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising event budgets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot advantageous.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular business hours and travel when required.
