Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Reputation
- Develop brand strategies that strengthen reputation and foster community trust.
- Ensure brand consistency across messaging, design, and digital/offline touchpoints.
Campaigns & Growth
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive donations, sales, and engagement.
- Explore innovative channels (online and offline) to connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
Creative Ideation & Execution
- Conceptualize and deliver compelling creative campaigns, content, and brand activations.
- Collaborate on website UI/UX improvements for seamless brand experiences.
- Infuse creativity and fresh thinking into brainstorming sessions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with design, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to align goals.
- Lead and manage cross-team initiatives to successful completion.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and digital innovations.
- Experiment with new ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
Proven success in planning and running digital campaigns.
Strong creative instincts with the ability to turn insights into bold ideas.
Experience collaborating across teams and managing projects end-to-end.
Growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and eager to innovate.
(Bonus) Experience in nonprofit, social impact, or consumer brands.
