The Clinical Program Director provides clinical supervision, oversight, and guidance for day-to-day operations across ATC’s Dallas and Ft. Worth locations. Directly oversees ATC’s Education, ABA, ST/OT, Residential, Adult Services and Nursing Departments. This position is both clinical and operational in nature overseeing clinical outcomes and heads of departments. . The role focuses on operational and clinical quality, interdisciplinary collaboration, program integrity, and continuity of care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  

  • Oversee clinical outcomes across all programs: Nursing, Education, Residential, Adult Services, Case Management, ABA, Speech & Occupational Therapy.
     
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to BCBAs, Certified Teachers, SLPs, OTRs, and interdisciplinary team members.
     
  • Conduct routine classroom and program observations.
     
  • Support development and implementation of behavior plans, educational plans, behavioral goals, and transition goals.
     
  • Participate in ARD meetings, parent training, and internal & external clinical team meetings.
     
  • Maintain accurate and current student documentation, including, but not limited to:
     
  • Behavioral data and behavior plans
     
  • Individualized bell schedules
     
  • IEPs
     
  • TEA Master Charts and consent documentation
     
  • Maintain open communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and school districts.
     
  • Review monthly financials for all programs and clinical departments.
     
  • Provide program information and clinical tours to prospective clients and families
     
  • Serve on internal and external committees as assigned.
     
  • Lead research initiatives and serve as liaison with academic and research partners.
     
  • Represent ATC in media opportunities and community engagements as requested.
  • Serves on ATC’s senior management team and attends board meetings, as needed.
     
  • Fosters relationships with state funders, such as HHSC, HCS, ICF, DFPS, TEA.
     
  • Complies with all state contracts including HHSC, HCS, ICF-IDD, DFPS, TEA
     
  • Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
     
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in community-based programs serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
     
  • Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills.
     
  • Clinical licensure in a related field highly preferred, ex: BCBA, SLP, OTR, Psychology, Psychiatry.
     
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and school districts, state Medicaid waiver programs preferred.
