Description
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented Certified Personal Trainer to join our thriving 55+ active adult community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping older adults stay strong, active, and independent through safe and effective fitness programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized training programs tailored to the needs of active adults 55+
- Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven personal training sessions
- Facilitate small group training and/or group fitness classes
- Provide modifications and progressions appropriate for varying fitness levels
- Foster a positive, motivating, and supportive community environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance wellness programming
Requirements
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (required)
- Current CPR/AED certification (required)
- Experience teaching small group training and/or group fitness classes (preferred)
- Experience working with seniors or active older adults (highly desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
