We are seeking a talented and resourceful Client Services Associate. The ideal candidate should be able to operate independently as well as a member of a small team. This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly, and meets service excellence standards. The Client Services Associate position offers competitive pay, a generous bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.


Responsibilities:


All office administration duties, including, answering phones, emails, setting up client meeting, converting paper document to paperless, postage meter maintenance, annual shredding, etc.

  • Office supply coordinator
  • Technology support liaison
  • Building service requests
  • Facilities and business services management
  • Events planning as required
  • Onboarding new clients, assist with client requests, preparing new account forms, client review reporting, etc.
  • Maintain scheduling, within parameters set for multi-advisors
  • Coordinate client meetings
  • Salesforce/CRM experience
  • Prepare and run reporting as needed
  • Process required reporting, distributed to designated parties

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
