We are seeking a talented and resourceful Client Services Associate. The ideal candidate should be able to operate independently as well as a member of a small team. This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly, and meets service excellence standards. Responsibilities:
All office administration duties, including, answering phones, emails, setting up client meeting, converting paper document to paperless, postage meter maintenance, annual shredding, etc.
- Office supply coordinator
- Technology support liaison
- Building service requests
- Facilities and business services management
- Events planning as required
- Onboarding new clients, assist with client requests, preparing new account forms, client review reporting, etc.
- Maintain scheduling, within parameters set for multi-advisors
- Coordinate client meetings
- Salesforce/CRM experience
- Prepare and run reporting as needed
- Process required reporting, distributed to designated parties
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
