This role supports the Engagement Assurance team by executing processes related to risk management, engagement health reporting, and assessing client satisfaction (NPS) for the Huron Digital capability in India and Singapore. Key tasks include supporting Quality Assurance reviews, managing compliance reports in Workday, tracking NPS responses, and coordinating deal review meetings.

Requirements:
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) reviews for India and Singapore by identifying risks, ensuring quality outcomes, and delivering readout analyses to engagement teams.
- Manage and coordinate tasks in support of the QA interview process, analysis, and Digital QA team readouts.
- Document QA process improvements and manage QA templates to be leveraged in program reviews.
- Aid and follow up with India & Singapore PM/PC to ensure Project Health Report compliance on Workday.
- Manage Digital India and Singapore NPS open‑qualification compliance by tracking responses (Yes, Defer, No Response), ensuring timely contact approvals, and coordinating follow‑ups with PMs and capability leaders.
- Draft the monthly NPS report for Digital India, to be shared with India Leadership across capabilities.
- Vet sales opportunities to evaluate readiness for India & Singapore Risk and Deal Review processes and coordinate scheduling of pricing evaluation meetings.
- Monitor the EA Mailbox and Calendar to coordinate Digital India & Singapore Deal Review meetings on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate weekly EA meetings, including agenda preparation and action‑item tracking.
- Utilize AI tools to perform analysis and generate actionable insights.
Preferences:
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience with exposure to consulting, project management, finance, and analysis.
- Proven abilities using Excel and other analysis tools to source, analyze, and report data.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal audiences.
- Collaborates effectively, building strong cross‑functional relationships through clear communication, active participation, and confident interaction with engagement leads and senior leadership.
- Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, learn quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of the UET file (Unified Engagement Tool) and Salesforce.
- Support EA team with shifting priorities as needed.
