Job Description

  • To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality are delivered consistently to our guests.
  • To deliver excellent care to our guests.
  • To carry out departmental audits to ensure LQA is achieved by all team members.
  • To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained.
  • To ensure guest feedback is acted upon in a timely manner ensuring the relevant people are informed and that all necessary action is taken to prevent re occurrences.
  • To ensure departmental sales are achieved in line with the hotel budget.
  • To comply with the hotels cash handling procedures and ensure that all team members are trained accordingly.
  • To ensure all purchasing are done as per company procedures, PO creations and month end procedures are completed as per company procedures.
  • To ensure SAP MM procedures are followed correctly at all times.
  • To overseeing the back office administration, ensuring all tasks required are consistently completed within the team.
  • To assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the team through job chats, daily operations, recruitment, rosters etc.
  • To take on MOD shift whenever required.

Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year experience at a supervisor level in a luxury hotel

Must currently have the right to work full time in EU / Ireland

Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued
