Role Overview
We’re hiring a part-time IT Support Lead — a dependable, hands-on technical operator who ensures our internal systems, tools, and equipment run smoothly day-to-day.
Your role is to keep the team operational without friction. From troubleshooting technical issues to setting up equipment and maintaining secure, reliable systems, you’ll own the execution of practical IT needs across the organization. You’ll also coordinate with external vendors when required, while prioritizing fast, independent problem-solving that minimizes downtime and dependency.
This isn’t a passive helpdesk role. It’s proactive, execution-focused, and built for someone who takes ownership of technical reliability from day one.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT issues, troubleshooting problems quickly and effectively
Install, configure, and maintain software, systems, and basic IT infrastructure
Manage device setup, maintenance, and technical issue resolution across the team
Communicate clearly with team members to diagnose problems and deliver timely solutions
Coordinate with external vendors when necessary while maintaining operational independence
Ensure systems remain secure, functional, and up to date
Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, or recurring technical issues and resolve them before they impact productivity
Required Experience
Proven experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or system setup
Strong working knowledge of software installation, hardware configuration, and basic networking
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently with minimal oversight
Clear, professional communication skills for supporting non-technical team members
Highly organized, dependable, and responsive in a part-time work environment
