CARS of America, part of GreatWater 360 Auto Care, is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for our high-performing Glenview, IL location. Compensation
EARN: $36 – $44/hr Flat Rate
+ Accelerators up to $8/hr
+ Bi-weekly guarantee!
Average Annual Income: $74,880 – $104,000
(Compensation is based on experience, diagnostic capability, and ASE certifications.)

What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics, electrical and drivability testing
- Complete complex mechanical repairs with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize OEM-level scan tools and diagnostic systems
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide clear, documented findings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3–5+ years professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostics, drivability, and electrical skill set
- Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
Preferred:
- ASE Certifications (A1–A9)
- OEM, drivability, or advanced diagnostic training
- Multi-brand platform experience
