As a Janitorial Site Supervisor for Federal Contracts, you’ll serve as the lead project manager for assigned federal locations—ensuring all custodial services meet strict scope of work, compliance, and quality standards.
This is a working supervisor role that blends hands-on leadership, contract management, and team development.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily janitorial operations at assigned federal contract sites
- Supervise and develop custodial staff
- Ensure all contract specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Maintain service checklists, inspections, inventory tracking, and performance documentation
- Communicate directly with Contracting Officer Representatives
- Develop corrective and preventative action plans when needed
- Perform hands-on cleaning including floor care, carpet care, and general custodial duties
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or environmental services required
- Multi-site facilities or federal contract experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to pass comprehensive federal and state background checks
- May require Department of Defense clearance depending on assignment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate commercial cleaning equipment
