A Customer Service Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products, services, loss prevention, etc.
Requirements
Essential functions
- Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing information
- Greet and talk politely with customers
- Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines
- Gain and maintain knowledge of merchandise
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
- Function as a team member and get along with others
- Adhere to daily work schedule
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Physical Requirements
- Grasping, bending, twisting, squatting,
- Move, lift (minimum height of 4' on a regular basis), and carry a minimum of 50lbs
- Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet entire shift
- Push/pull a heavy loaded pallet with manual pallet jack
- Push/pull a loaded stock cart
- Operate heavy equipment; Baler, etc. (will train)
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security and/or Customer Service preferred
Age requirement
Minimum age 18
Additional
Navajo Speaking preferred
