Role Overview
As a Senior Associate, New Business, you will be part of a dynamic and highly visible team responsible for leading new business and prospecting initiatives across Omnicom Media. The Growth team partners with agency leadership and senior stakeholders globally, playing a pivotal role in strengthening Omnicom Media’s competitive position in the marketplace.
You will support both enterprise-level new business efforts and individual agency brand initiatives. Working closely with Growth leadership and cross-functional partners, you will contribute across pitch logistics, project management, research, and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage pitch logistics from kickoff through submission
- Conduct research on prospective clients, categories, and competitive landscapes
- Manage and organize materials and collateral for new business opportunities
- Draft and compile responses to standard RFI/RFP questions
- Monitor and distribute relevant industry and prospect news updates
- Maintain and organize new business documentation and shared folders
- Provide project support to senior Growth team members across multiple initiatives
- Track financial information, including job numbers, invoicing, and spend management
- Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting broader Growth initiatives
Qualifications:
Top candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in high-pressure situations with tight timelines.
You bring:
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in new business, marketing, agency operations, or a related field
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or similar discipline
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence interacting with senior leadership in a polished and professional manner
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- A collaborative mindset and “all hands on deck” attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with accuracy and efficiency

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
