About the Role

Description

The Service Center Administrator / Detail Technician supports daily workflow and production at our Oklahoma City Service Center. This role is responsible for tracking vehicles at the Service Center, maintaining accurate records, keeping workflow organized throughout the day, and assisting with detailing and vehicle movement as needed. The focus is keeping vehicles moving efficiently while maintaining accurate records and quality standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


Administrative & Workflow

  • Track vehicle intake and output
  • Update and maintain Excel tracking spreadsheets
  • Keep accurate vehicle status records
  • Monitor workflow and report delays
  • Answer status and quality control questions
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and management

Detailing & Vehicle Support (as needed during periods of high volume)

  • Wash, vacuum, wax, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
  • Inspect vehicles for visible issues
  • Safely move vehicles within the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong computer skills are required
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic Word tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior automotive or dealership experience preferred
  • Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work indoors/outdoors
