About the Role

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of a Certified Medical Assistant. This position offers a blend of clinical support and front-desk responsibilities, ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and aesthetics, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, supplies, and medications are ready before patient arrival
  • Providing follow-up emails to functional medicine patients
  • Perform blood draws
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and product usage
  • Assist licensed providers during aesthetic and regenerative procedures as permitted by the state scope of practice
  • Perform pre-treatment intake, including vitals, medical history review, and consent verification
  • Support post-treatment care, patient education, and discharge instructions
  • Maintain sterile technique, infection control standards, and OSHA compliance
  • Assist with inventory management, medication tracking, and expiration monitoring
  • All clinical tasks performed by the Medical Assistant must comply with state regulations and be conducted under appropriate provider supervision
  • Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information
  • The MA does not independently diagnose, prescribe, or perform treatments unless explicitly allowed by state law and practice policy

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Medical Assistant  - Certification is a MUST.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of Certified Medical Assisting Program
  • This is a hands-on, patient-facing role for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to everything they do.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, written, and over the phone)
  • Comfort with EMR systems and basic clinical documentation
  • 1+ year experience in a medical office setting
  •  Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

 • Experience in a medspa or dermatology/aesthetic practice 

• Knowledge of skincare products and cosmetic procedures 

• First Aid/BLS certification
