Position Overview
The Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding guests through the vehicle purchase process with clarity, confidence, and hospitality.
This is not a pressure-based sales role. It’s a consultative, relationship-driven position where preparation, follow-up, and integrity win long term.
You’ll work with a strong leadership team, structured processes, and steady traffic in a market that values trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
- Present features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross objectives
- Deliver a seamless handoff to F&I and service teams
- Maintain deep knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac product lines
Performance Expectations
- Consistent monthly unit production
- 90%+ CRM follow-up compliance
- Strong CSI and guest satisfaction scores
- Professional appearance and on-time performance
What It Takes
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience highly valued
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Competitive but coachable
- Strong communicator and listener
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable working weekends
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
