Position Overview
The Service Technician (Flat Rate) is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to factory standards. This role is ideal for an associate-level or early career BMW technician who wants:

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs according to BMW factory standards
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong documentation and repair order quality
- Participate in BMW training and certification programs
- Collaborate with service advisors and shop leadership to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Performance Expectations
- 40+ flat-rate hours weekly (based on skill level and production)
- High-quality repair standards with minimal comebacks
- Consistent training progression toward higher certification levels
- Strong teamwork and communication
What It Takes
- 1–3+ years dealership technician experience
- BMW or multi-brand dealership experience strongly preferred
- ASE certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Coachable and growth-oriented
- Strong diagnostic fundamentals
- Detail-focused and process-driven
- Team-first mentality
