Description
Left Hand Brewing is currently seeking for a new employee. We keep on growing so we are currently looking to hire a new member for our Sales department. This role will be a hybrid between a Regional Manager and a Brand Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
• Leads the brewery’s sales efforts in the assigned sales region, achieving budgeted revenue, volume, Distributor Partner execution, and overall sales goals.
• Develops, manages, and maintains Distributor Partner relationships within the assigned territory.
• Maintains detailed working knowledge of each Distributor Partners’ organization, go-to-market plans, and contract. Cultivates positive relationships with all members of the management and sales teams.
• Analyzes and develops sales opportunities and game plans from various sales platforms
• Collaborates on programming plans, sets execution objectives, and ensures the details of the business plans, programming, and any Monthly Business Objectives (MBOs) are being executed.
• Executes chain directives in coordination with National Chain Manager.
• Oversees and manages territory expense budgets in conjunction with Division Manager.
• Spends time in the local home market, developing relationships with key accounts and building the brand accordingly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working VIP iDig and Karma Notes preferred.
This is a full-time position with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, ESOP, paid time off, leased company car option, and of course world class beer. We do not cover relocation costs.
