About the Role

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Distribution Center Advanced User – 3PL, you will provide efficient and smooth system support for logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration. You will:

  • Train Distribution Center associates and team leaders on new system functionalities and improvements, ensuring clear and practical knowledge transfer.
  • Support daily Distribution Center operations by resolving system-related issues, performing system clean-up, troubleshooting, and sharing feedback with system specialists.
  • Ensure operational excellence by following best practices, maintaining flow systems, and supporting IT procedures for quality and efficiency.
  • Assist with incident reporting and participate in “bridge calls” when needed, while contributing to project rollouts and system enhancements.
  • Identify and suggest process and workflow improvements to optimize operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will support the Distribution Centre operations, collaborating with the DC Manager and all teams within the DC. You will also provide feedback to system specialists, like Super Users.

 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or distribution center systems.
  • Understands warehouse operations, cost drivers, and system processes, with working knowledge of Distribution Center systems and related processes for inbound and outbound operations.
  • Learns and applies new system features quickly and can share knowledge effectively through training and support.
  • Works well with others, demonstrating collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward change and growth.
  • Is inclusive and empathetic, encouraging diversity and understanding the impact on others and the bigger picture.
