職務概要

GEヘルスケア・ジャパンにおけるSV部門のUS ODSビジネスを円滑に進めるため、お客様交渉、FEとの連携にて値引き率、サイクルタイム、事前受注率アップ等、事業目標達成に貢献します。

職務内容

* ODS案件の、進捗モニタリング、および改善提案。
* 部門内の業務プロセス改善、標準化、および効率化の推進。
* 社内関連部署(FE、BO,SO)との連携によるプロジェクト推進。
* 新規サービス導入、既存サービス改善
* データ分析ツール(Excel, Tableauなど)を用いたデータ抽出、分析、可視化。
* その他、SV部門のビジネス運営をサポートする各種業務。

応募資格

* お客様とのネゴ交渉スキル
* データ分析に基づいた課題解決能力、提案力。
* Microsoft Excel(関数、ピボットテーブル、VBA尚可)、PowerPointの高度なスキル。
* 論理的思考力、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力に優れている方。
* 日本語での高いビジネスコミュニケーション能力(読み書き、会話)。
* 医療機器業界での経験があれば尚可。

* 自主的に業務を推進し、変化に対応できる柔軟性をお持ちの方。
