Do you have a natural sense of hospitality and the ability to exceed guest expectations? Join us as F&B Supervisor at Grand Café Krasnapolsky – the vibrant heart of our hotel and a historic icon in Amsterdam. From morning coffee to Afternoon Tea and refined brasserie-style dining, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver unforgettable experiences every day.

Your role in the journey

As F&B Supervisor, you will lead by example, train and guide your team, and ensure every guest experiences Authentic Luxury. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
  • Motivating and coaching team members
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction
  • Supporting inventory management and cost control
  • Upholding hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in F&B departments
  • Natural leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant approach
  • Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus
