Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, communications, and travel. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the executive leadership team
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Executive team and for visitors/guest.
- Event Planning
- Arrangements, and coordinate all company events
- Serve as a primary point of contact for executives
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate executive priorities and follow up on action items
- Manage expense reports and invoices for all events and travel
- Maintain executive files and records for all travel and events
- Responsible for all clean up before and after events
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
