Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, communications, and travel. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced corporate environment. 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the executive leadership team
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Executive team and for visitors/guest.
  • Event Planning
  • Arrangements, and coordinate all company events
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executives 
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate executive priorities and follow up on action items
  • Manage expense reports and invoices for all events and travel
  • Maintain executive files and records for all travel and events
  • Responsible for all clean up before and after events

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
