- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform system maintenance and safety inspections
- Clearly explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners

- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales or solution-based presentation experience is a plus
