Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role plays a key part in developing, coordinating, and implementing internal and external communication strategies that align with company objectives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plans aligned with company goals
Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications
Coordinate messaging across departments to ensure brand consistency
Support executive communications and corporate announcements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely project delivery
Monitor communication performance and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance engagement and clarity
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
