Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join our team during an exciting period of growth and organisational change.

This is a highly operational, hands-on HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, supporting employee relations casework end-to-end, and helping deliver smooth integration of new teams through TUPE and acquisition activity.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a fair, consistent, and inclusive colleague experience across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and impactful role, you will:

  • Provide practical HR guidance and coaching to managers across multiple sites.
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and performance matters.
  • Support organisational change activity, restructuring and workforce transitions.
  • Contribute to acquisition and integration projects, including TUPE transfers.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Partner with leaders to resolve people issues effectively and fairly.
  • Support wider People initiatives and project work as required in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across Wavenet.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from candidates who bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong background in an HR Partner/HRBP/HR Advisor role with significant ER exposure.
  • Confidence in managing complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Experience supporting business change, transformation or restructuring.
  • Understanding of TUPE and HR support during mergers or acquisitions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, organised and adaptable approach.
  • Commitment to inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement.
