Your role:

In your role as Facilities Specialist, you will assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance and repair of Oklahoma Central Credit Union's facilities. Vehicle Provided. 


Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


In this role you will:

  • Perform the maintenance and repair of credit union buildings and property in areas requiring mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, locksmith, or lighting and signage systems within the credit union which do not require a professional license or voids any warranty currently in place with vendors.
  • Contact appropriate department who is requesting service and determine type of service/repairs needed. Consult with Manager when additional service providers may be required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim, and exterior structures. Skilled in selecting appropriate tools, materials, and techniques to achieve high-quality, durable finishes.
  • Maintain an appropriate amount of supplies and materials needed for maintenance/repairs.
  • Assist Facilities Manager with security related job duties such as access control, key control, security alarm codes, and fire and intrusion alarm monitoring.
  • Assist with office moves and relocation of offices, employees, workspaces to include setting up and taking down tables and chairs for special events or meetings.
  • Maintain repossessed real estate property of the credit union, including repairs and cleaning to get them ready for resale.
  • Drive a company vehicle as needed during business hours to fulfill job requirements, and arrange for regular maintenance for company vehicles, keeping vehicle clean and presentable inside and out.
  • Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union’s Service Standards and meet all established service goals.
  • Commit to the credit union's needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Comply with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations as they relate to the position.
  • Comply with all security guidelines related to physical and information security.

You'll need to have:

  • High School degree, GED, or higher
  • One or more years of similar or related experience
  • A valid Oklahoma driver's license
  • This job requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly
