Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects generated through insurance claims. This role is responsible for managing projects from estimate through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, carrier requirements, and customer expectations are met.
This is not a retail remodeling position. Candidates must have direct experience in the insurance restoration industry and be comfortable working with TPAs, carriers, and adjusters.
Coverage Area
We operate throughout North Jersey, Central Jersey, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 12–15 active reconstruction projects per month (average project size $12,000+)
- Write accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate (required)
- Utilize Symbility (preferred) when applicable
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters and carriers
- Work within TPA programs such as Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Lionbridge, or similar platforms
- Upload and manage files through XactAnalysis
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams
- Monitor job costs, change orders, and profitability
- Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations
- Maintain strong documentation and file compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance restoration/reconstruction
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required)
- Experience with Symbility (preferred)
- Familiarity with TPAs (Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Lionbridge, etc.)
- Experience using XactAnalysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
