Pay Range: $15.50/hr -$31/hr total compensation
Job Description:

We offer full training to help you succeed. You will participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

- Sales Advocacy: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? professionally, provide accurate estimates, and exceed customer expectations.
- Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid standard driver’s license.
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
