Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
  • Prepare and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instruments per protocol
  • Take dental X-rays, impressions, and assist with charting
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Help children feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
  • Previous pediatric dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Positive attitude, patience, and team-focused mindset
