Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instruments per protocol
- Take dental X-rays, impressions, and assist with charting
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Help children feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
- Previous pediatric dental experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and team-focused mindset
