Job Description

As a Registered Psychologist (Health and Wellness Advisor), You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together.

In this role, your expertise helps clients build confidence, manage mental health challenges, and stay engaged in work that’s right for them.

You will:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify barriers and strengths.

• Provide brief, evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, MI, BA).

• Offer psychoeducation and practical tools for managing wellbeing.

• Support clients to sustain employment and navigate workplace challenges.

• Collaborate with Job Coaches, employers, and medical practitioners.

• Maintain accurate records that meet quality and compliance standards.

• Contribute to training and wellbeing initiatives for clients and employers.

This role offers meaningful client work without the pressures of private practice billing, after hours crisis work, or a high-intensity clinical environment.

Qualifications

You will bring:

• Full AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist.

• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.

• Experience working with diverse groups and presentations.

• A passion for practical, outcome-focused mental health support.

• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Good organisational and documentation skills.

• A current Australian driver’s licence.

We welcome Psychologists from private practice, NDIS, education, EAP, occupational rehab, and community mental health settings.
