The Product Owner is responsible for identifying opportunities and improvements for Ultimo software modules that maximize value, translating business wishes and requirements into tangible actions for the development team. This includes establishing a clear product vision, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, delivering increments, and writing necessary implementation documentation.

Job Description
IFS Ultimo, an IFS company based in the Netherlands with more than 2000 global customers, is a leading Enterprise Asset Management software provider with a strong reputation for the completeness, flexibility, and configurability of its SaaS EAM solutions.

As the owner of various modules/components in the Ultimo software, you are responsible for identifying new opportunities and/or improvements that add as much value as possible. With a clear vision and communication style, you prioritize the business's wishes, requirements, and expectations and translate them into tangible actions for the development team.

Establishing and communicating a clear product vision aligned with the organization’s strategic and tactical objectives.
Translating, simplifying, and structuring business requirements into practical solutions, mapping them to standard Ultimo functionality where possible.
Managing and continuously refining a goal-oriented, problem-oriented product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on value, risks, and dependencies and are ready for development.
Delivering product increments in close collaboration with the development team.
Writing clear implementation documentation to support delivery and customer adoption.
Actively sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers by answering questions, giving presentations and demos, and occasionally providing proactive guidance.
Engaging in customer panels to demonstrate solutions and gather new requirements and feedback.
Qualifications
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT & Management or comparable
3 + Years of experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Familiar with the Agile/Scrum method of working.
Experience with working in a multidisciplinary team
Affinity with business processes
Demonstrates Critical Thinking and Analytical Decision-Making
Effective Presentation Skills
Experience with Internal/External Stakeholder Management and experience conducting customer presentations and discussions
